What if I’m technically challenged?

Every product has a user’s manual that should walk you through the set up, but if you’re still having troubles you can call the provided tech support line and they will help you. Still having troubles? You could do a search online for help and most likely someone on youtube will offer a demonstration. As a last result hire someone, as there are professional IT companies in just about every city in the world.

What if my product is defective?

Most products have a warranty from the supplier and the manufacturer From 30 days to 5 years. If you feel your product is defective, contact tech support as soon as possible and take steps to test your product. If the tech then confirms the product is probably defective then take the following 3 steps: 1.) record your steps you tried with the product and the Tech’s name you spoke with, and email us with that information at support@securitysuperstore.net. 2.) Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or In-store Credit, or Refund, in that same email. 3.) After we reply to your request, follow our instructions. Remember any refund (if allowed) will have a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.

What if I want to return my non defective product?

Most Items are not eligible for a return. For those products that qualify, the return request must be done within 14 days of receiving your product. Is it legal to record audio conversations? Can I install covert cameras in my workplace or home?

In some places it is legal, especially if you have signage declaring you are doing it. Privacy laws are constantly changing so get current legal advice in your jurisdiction before you do it.
